This site uses no cookies

None at all. Neither first-party nor third-party, not technical, not advertising. Nothing is stored in your browser by other means either, such as local storage. That is why you won't see a cookie banner when you arrive: there is nothing to consent to.

What we measure, and what we load from elsewhere

We do measure visits, with Umami — analytics that runs without cookies. It records the page you are on, where you arrived from, your browser language, your screen resolution and the page title, plus whether you tapped the phone number, WhatsApp or the form's send button. It creates no identifier that follows you between visits, builds no profile and passes nothing to advertisers. All it does in your browser is read whether you have set the opt-out flag; it writes nothing. That is why there is no consent to ask for: the law requires it when information is stored on your device, and none is.

The Umami script is the only thing loaded from elsewhere: it comes from cloud.umami.is and sends measurements to gateway.umami.is, which means those servers see your IP address, as any server does when your browser asks it for something. Beyond that the site doesn't request a single file from anyone else's servers — the typefaces are hosted here, not on Google Fonts, and there are no embedded maps, no social buttons and no external video.

To opt out, run localStorage.setItem('umami.disabled', 1) in this site's browser console. Any tracker blocker cuts it too, and breaks nothing.

What happens if you write to us

The contact form is the only part that processes personal data, and only when you submit it. What we do with it is set out in the privacy policy.

If we add a measurement tool in the future, we will update this page and, where the regulations require it, ask for your consent before installing anything.
