G/01 · Bespoke software

We build any program, app or bespoke software.

A property valuation tool for an estate agency, a restaurant menu with ordering, a CRM that works the way you do rather than the other way round. If it can be described, it can be built. We design it, build it and hand it over with the code, so it is yours.

G/02 · What can be built

The programs and apps our clients usually ask for.

01

Property valuation tool

For estate agencies. The visitor enters the address, the size and the condition and gets a price range. The agency gets an enquiry with everything already filled in, which is what actually matters.

02

Menu and ordering for restaurants

A QR-code menu, orders from the table or for collection, and the ticket sent straight to the kitchen. No per-order commission to any platform.

03

A CRM that works your way

Customers, quotes, follow-ups and reminders in the order you actually work in. Without the two hundred options a generic CRM ships with and nobody uses.

04

Internal dashboard

Orders, stock, shifts, job sheets, or whatever currently lives in three separate spreadsheets, in one place and with the figures up to date.

05

Calculators and configurators

Instant quotes for renovations, insurance, rentals or any service priced by variables. The customer sees the figure and you get the lead.

06

Integrations and automation

Your website talking to your invoicing, an order creating its invoice on its own, a form landing in your CRM. We connect tools that today pass data around by hand.

Yours isn't here? That's normal — these are examples. Tell us about it and we'll tell you whether it can be done and what it would cost.

G/03 · How we work

We show you mock-ups in phases so you can sign off each step.

The risk in commissioning software is paying for months of work blind. We avoid it by showing something that works very early and fixing the price in writing before we start.

  1. 01

You tell us the initial idea and we build a prototype

The first step is to be clear with you about what kind of program, app or software you're after. We can talk by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

    We present the initial prototype

You tell us the changes you want and we customise it to match your brand identity.

  3. 03

We build the program in phases

In the first phase we build the essential features; in the second we add the features specific to your business; and finally we review the whole program for vulnerabilities and fix any errors.

  4. 04

We hand over the whole thing

Code, access and advice on publishing or installing it. No monthly licences from us and no lock-in: if another developer needs to carry it on tomorrow, they can.

G/04 · Quote

Tell us what you need and we'll tell you what it costs.

No obligation. From what you write here we reply within 24 working hours: whether it can be done, how we would approach it and a price range. If the project calls for it, we talk before giving a firm figure.

What happens when you send it

  • 01We read it and reply within 24 working hours with a first price range.
  • 02If needed, a 30-minute call to understand how you work today.
  • 03We send you the quote in writing, with a fixed price, timescales and payment split by phase.

G/05 · Questions

What people ask us about software.

It depends on what it has to do, which is why we don't publish a rate: a quoting calculator and a CRM with invoicing don't cost the same. What is fixed is how it's quoted: in writing, with the price fixed before work starts, and payment is split by phase. Through the form on this page we give you a price range within 24 working hours.

Sometimes, and we'll tell you so. If a tool exists that solves ninety per cent of your case for thirty euros a month, the honest advice is to use it. Bespoke software pays off when the generic product forces you to work its way, when you pay per user and there are many of you, or when what you need simply doesn't exist.

Yes. In most cases we build them as web applications that install on the phone and work offline, because they avoid the Apple and Google stores and update themselves. When a project genuinely needs a native app — camera, notifications, sensors — we build that too, and we explain beforehand what it means in cost and maintenance.

Yes. At the end of each phase we hand over the code and access to the server and the database, and we advise you on publishing or installing it. You don't depend on us to carry on: another developer can continue the work, and it is designed that way from the start.

A clickable prototype is usually ready in two to three weeks. A first phase in use takes between one and three months depending on scope. The point is that you don't wait until the end to see something: each phase is delivered working and can be used from that day.

We'll look at it. Often the best answer is to add a piece to what you already have — a booking module on your website, an integration with your invoicing software — rather than rebuilding everything. If what's there can't be touched safely, we tell you before charging you anything.
