What data we collect

What you type into the form: name, email address, phone number if you give one, company name, what the company does, its website and your message. Alongside the notification we receive, the IP address it was sent from and the date are also recorded, as a security measure against automated submissions and abuse.

What we use it for

The data you send through the contact form is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal for you. It is not passed to third parties and is not used to send you advertising unless you have expressly asked for it.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its rectification or its erasure, and you may restrict or object to its processing and request its portability. Writing to info@gintonic.tv is enough. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or to the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
